Ensure your camera and microphone are connected before joining. When prompted by your browser, make sure to allow access to your camera and microphone for the call to work correctly.
For the best experience use a computer or tablet in landscape orientation with a wired internet connection where possible.
If you cannot connect, try refreshing the page and entering your credentials again. Check your internet connection is stable. Try the Basic Call connection type.
The camera should ideally be placed at face-level, not on your lap if using a laptop / on a desk. Use some books etc to raise the laptop.
For the best sound, we recommend using headphones rather than laptop speakers.
Enter the clicker code provided by your technician. The clicker panel will appear on the right-hand side once connected. You can hide/show the clicker panel from the button in the topbar.
